While massage can be a relaxing escape from hectic lives and a chance to unwind, I believe that massage is also an opportunity to retrain chronically tight muscles, improve posture, and to learn about your own body. I integrate a variety of approaches, drawing from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point to penetrate deep into soft tissue and myofascia to undo adhesion, knots, and other signs of holding patterns that cause pain and limit mobility. My bodywork restores tight and overworked muscles and restores your body to a more natural state.

My studio is warm, well-appointed, clean, and is a dedicated massage space. I use a heated, padded table for your comfort, with a fully adjustable face cradle and soft clean sheets. I am trained and certified by the San Francisco School of Massage, and I welcome men and women of all ages and body types.

60 min:  $85
75 min.: $100
90 min:  $125

I find 75 min to be the ideal amount of time for deep relaxation from massage. It's a little longer than 60 but not as much of a time commitment as 90. Give it a try!

Hot Stone Upgrade: Add $20
A great way to further unwind tight muscles, relieve tension, and promote deep relaxation. Hot stones are incorporated into the massage.

PRE-PAID TREATMENT PACKAGES
I encourage regular massage, particularly for clients trying to undo chronic tightness or heal from an acute injury. To make regular massage a little more affordable, I offer 20% prepaid treatment plans of 5 sessions (e.g., $400 for five 75 min sessions, instead of $500).
